Established in 1952 for mysterious purposes, Claiborne Elementary sat dormant for nearly seven decades. Now, the school has been opened under the leadership of shadowy figures He and She who answer to the mysterious Man at the Top of the Stairs. While the school appears to be an institute of learning, it is actually a platform for He and She to conduct nefarious experiments on the students and faculty.
